Spiritual Renewal


Monastic life is preparation by religious vows. The goal of life is to realize our true nature as a person performing divine activities; each person must decide which style of life named ascetic, will help you work more efficiently and honestly toward its goal. Monastic life involves a life of health, meditation, acts or rituals, sacrifices, among others, whether in a monastery or in our normal daily life, such as monks practice fuga mundi, all is like government enacted a law. Leave everything, turn away from society, they go into the desert. A few opt for a life quite lonely, others form colonies of hermits, and others, finally, embrace community life, giving rise to the first monasteries. Four basic aspects of hectic monastic life are: devotion to high ideals, renunciation of the ordinary pleasures of the senses, spirit of service and dedication, and shared affinity. Within a few activities that we perform, we have: physics creating fitness through proper nutrition, exercise, relaxation and stress management, conduct such fasting to achieve certain goals in life or have fellowship with God or refrain from certain activities in daily file; mental enhancing the mind through reading, writing and thinking; spiritual we develop spiritually through reading literature that inspires, through meditation and prayer, and by devoting time to the nature; and social or emotional mature strengthen our soul and spirit to improve our key relationships. The science of this issue is to reflect on a vibrant life, what we want, gratitude, correct bad behaviors, acquire positive attitudes like humility and to clean the spirit to attain a close to God, improve and achieve well-being in our earthly activities ... in order to feel full of peace and replenish our soul.
